Philosophy: Give 100% on Every Play
"An average play lasts just five seconds—there’s no room for hesitation or excuses. If you give 100% effort on 100% of the plays, you’ve done your job."
The Roots: A lifelong player and coach, his favorite memories include winning a Pop Warner Super Bowl in Las Vegas as a kid and playing varsity as a sophomore at Rancho Bernardo High under legendary Coach Ron Hamamoto. That early vote of confidence shapes how he builds up his own players today.
The Highlights: Following three fantastic years at EPW, his standout coaching memory is capturing the 2021 Pop Warner 12U Championship in RB with a truly unforgettable group.
The Mission: This age group consists of sponges, and Coach uses football to teach lessons that go far beyond the gridiron. His ultimate goal is to instill the discipline, teamwork, and accountability needed to shape great athletes today and great leaders, fathers, and men tomorrow.just to develop great athletes, but to help build the future leaders, fathers, and well-rounded men of tomorrow.
